UBORA PROJECT CHILD
Ubora’s high quality, Christian, educational-based sponsorship program sets up the students of the village for success. Project Child matches a sponsor with a child at Siha Leadership Pre and Primary School, and continuing through graduation from select secondary schools. Our desire is for the sponsor-child relationship to build bridges of relationship across cultures and help each child understand that he/she is a unique creation of God with great potential. Sponsors and children write letters, exchange photos, and even have Zoom calls!
Learning is interactive and engaging for children attending Siha Leadership Pre and Primary School. Project Child sponsors make this type of learning possible.
Impact
648 children have graduated from or are currently enrolled in the Project Child program
348 students have graduated from Standard 7 (the equivalent of 7th grade) and have gone on to secondary school
600 meals a day are served to our students (breakfast and lunch)
All children receive an annual physical from Ubora medical missions team
The Ubora Project Child sponsorship program fully funds the Siha Leadership School
